Quality Control Engineer

Urgently required for a reputed automobile spare parts trading company dealing in European Trucks & Trailer Parts, male, Quality Control Engineer for our office based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. He should have minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in Q / C department in any reputed automobile spare parts trading company.

His responsibilities as follows :

• Determining quality improvement factors.
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment.
• Making sure processes adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
• Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products or software.
• Conduct regular quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.
• Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure that our processes are in compliance with relevant standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with quality management systems like ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with compliance standards specific to the industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a quality control role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma and ISO 9001.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
