Urgently required for a reputed automobile spare parts trading company dealing in European Trucks & Trailer Parts, male, Quality Control Engineer for our office based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. He should have minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in Q / C department in any reputed automobile spare parts trading company.
His responsibilities as follows :
- Determining quality improvement factors.
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment.
- Making sure processes adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
- Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products or software.
- Conduct regular quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.
- Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure that our processes are in compliance with relevant standards.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with quality management systems like ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with compliance standards specific to the industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a quality control role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma and ISO 9001.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
