Head of Quality

Our client is looking for a senior Quality leader to drive excellence across their furniture manufacturing operations in the UAE. This role leads the full Quality function, from strategy and systems to hands‑on process improvement, ensuring every product meets international standards, client expectations, and our commitment to craftsmanship.

• Quality strategy, QMS ownership, and ISO 9001 compliance
• In‑process, incoming, and final product quality across wood, metal, upholstery, and finishing
• Continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
• Root cause analysis, CAPA, and structured problem‑solving
• Supplier quality, audits, and customer complaint resolution
• Quality reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards for leadership

• 10–15 years in manufacturing quality, including leadership roles
• Strong background in furniture, joinery, fit‑out, or fabrication
• Expertise in QMS, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to reduce defects, improve yield, and elevate product standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• ISO Lead Auditor and Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus
