Position:
Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) Engineer

As a Project QAQC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities comply with the established quality standards and procedures. Your primary focus will be to implement quality assurance and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee the delivery of high‑quality outcomes. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and address quality‑related issues, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to address quality‑related issues and provide guidance on quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid quality issues.
• Prepare quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with third‑party inspectors and certification agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality‑related matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a quality assurance/quality control role in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Certification in quality management is a plus.
