HSE Assistant

Position Overview

As part of our Quality Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Support and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (APIQ1 / ISO 9001);
• Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with processes;
• Help departments prepare audit information and maintain quality records;
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities;
• Keep track of equipment calibration and certification; ensure timely updates;
• Maintain and update applicable international standards in the company library;
• Assist procurement with supplier evaluations and audits;
• Monitor and report quality activities to the QA Manager;
• Support development of company policies and procedures;
• Assist in conducting regulatory and quality training sessions.

We Seek The Ideal Candidate Profile With:

• Diploma / Graduation in Technical subjects, preferably with a quality background.

• 2-3 years of experience working with quality systems, preferably in oil and gas field.
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, working knowledge of API Q1 will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good standard interpretation skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
