Property Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Valuation Specialist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of property valuation principles, methodologies, and techniques. They should also have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Conduct thorough property valuations using various methods such as cost approach, income approach, and market comparison approach
• Analyze market trends and factors that may impact property values
• Prepare detailed reports on property valuations for clients
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of valuation projects
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in property valuation

• Bachelor s degree in real estate, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in property valuation
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and factors influencing property values
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
