• Actively manage and grow a portfolio of properties for sale or rent.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
• Conduct property viewings, meetings, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate market trends and laws to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Prepare property listings and maintain accurate records of sales and rental transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets as set by the company.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai, with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Skills:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage (e.g., English, Arabic, Hindi, or Russian).

• Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 12,000 per month + performance-based bonuses.
