Property Valuation Expert, Jabal-Ali, UAE
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Valuation Expert to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a degree in real estate or a related field and experience in property valuation.
Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and appraise properties using industry standards and accepted principles.
- Conduct research to assess current market values and research comparable sales data.
- Perform physical inspections of properties and prepare detailed reports that accurately reflect the current market value.
- Identify potential issues affecting the value of the property and suggest solutions for mitigating risks.
- Degree in real estate or a related field with experience in property valuation.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid biometric passport preferred.
- From Pakistan or Africa preferred.
