Real Estate Manager – UAE (Amazon)

Amazon seeks an experienced Real Estate Transaction Manager to support the Africa, Middle East and Turkey (AMET) Real Estate team in timely completion of property transactions across the AMET region.

• Support the AMET Real Estate team in the acquisition, renewal, expansion, termination and reconfiguration of warehouse space.
• Source and evaluate new properties throughout the UAE.
• Negotiate with landlords, agents and lawyers to secure favorable terms.
• Implement a full due diligence process for all transactions.
• Assist in developing and implementing a property asset management plan for the UAE portfolio.
• Report and deliver results to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Progressive responsibility in real estate or a related field.
• Experience managing large‑scale project‑driven workloads and reporting to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Market experience within the Middle East and Africa.

• MBA.
• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Demonstrable problem‑solving, mathematical and analytical skills using data to drive decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive successful cross‑functional partnerships.
• Experience in real estate across UAE, KSA, EGY, South Africa, Turkey.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
