Real Estate Acquisition Manager

• Deal Sourcing & Origination
  • Identify and build a pipeline of off-market real estate acquisition opportunities (land residential commercial industrial or mixed-use).
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of agents brokers developers landlords and asset owners.
  • Negotiate directly with sellers and intermediaries to secure favourable terms.
• Opportunity Evaluation
  • Perform financial modelling and valuation analysis on prospective deals (IRR NPV cash flow etc.).
  • Conduct commercial due diligence including market comps rental potential yield profile and exit strategies.
  • Prepare concise deal memos and investment recommendations for internal decision-makers.
• Transaction Support
  • Coordinate initial deal structuring and documentation.
  • Liaise with legal technical and financial advisors through the acquisition process.

Additional Information :

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UAE real estate acquisition.
• Strong network and knowledge of UAE property market dynamics including Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Proven ability to source off-market opportunities and move deals forward independently.
• Advanced skills in Excel financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a strong plus.
