Our Real Estate Operations team works behind the scenes, looking for and managing investment opportunities, following industry best practice and applying market analytics to ensure seamless transactions and an unparalleled service.

We are looking for someone to work directly with Stake’s Operations team, sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and closing investment opportunities. Additionally, you'll be responsible for selling our expanding portfolio of funded properties once the projected ROI has been met.

• Develop sustainable relationships with brokers and sellers by utilising and growing their existing network in residential real estate in Dubai.
• Source and vetting acquisition investment opportunities, shortlisting options and presenting to the Acquisitions committee for review.
• Meet weekly with the Acquisitions committee to decide on deals, set monthly acquisitions strategy, and sale strategies.
• Carry out visits and full assessments for new properties to be acquired.
• Make offers and negotiating deals for shortlisted opportunities.
• Prepare and finalising documentation for approved deals and arrange for property to be listed on platform.
• Contribute to the overall acquisitions strategy of Stake, working closely with the Head of Real Estate and wider Acquisitions committee.

• 2-3 years experience in real estate business development or brokerage.
• Detail oriented, process driven, shows initiative, has strong negotiation skills, and methodical ways to grow an optimal supply chain of properties.
• Passionate about maximising value and income potential for Stake’s primary customers, the platform investors.
• Rigorous, balanced, and cost-conscious in operating approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn.
• Data-driven and collaborative approach.
• Understands the Dubai Real Estate market.
• Strong work ethic, and ability to manage tasks autonomously.
