A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of legal experience specifically in UAE Real Estate Law, with strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations. Responsibilities also include drafting real estate agreements, conducting legal due diligence, and advising internal teams on real estate regulations.
