Merath is hiring a Real Estate Transaction & Buyer Support Administrator to manage end-to-end cash and mortgage property transactions for exclusive residential assets in Dubai.

The role focuses on transaction coordination, documentation, buyer support, and stakeholder management, ensuring a smooth and compliant process from initial inquiry through to transfer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end property transactions for both cash and mortgage buyers
  • Prepare, manage, and track all transaction documentation including offers, Form F, buyer and seller documentation
  • Maintain accurate transaction trackers and timelines
  • Act as the main point of contact for buyers, tenants, and brokers
  • Share approved unit details, availability, pricing, and transaction steps
  • Ensure clear and timely communication across all parties
Mortgage Coordination
  • Manage mortgage cases from initiation to completion
  • Liaise with banks, mortgage advisors, and valuation companies
  • Coordinate document submission for pre-approval, valuation, and final approval
  • Track mortgage milestones and proactively manage delays
Viewing & Access Coordination
  • Schedule and manage property viewings
  • Coordinate access with building management and security
  • Maintain viewing logs and follow-ups
Compliance & Documentation Control
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and DLD requirements
  • Maintain organized digital and physical deal files
  • Support conveyancers, trustees, and internal stakeholders as required
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in real estate administration, conveyancing support, or transaction coordination
  • Strong understanding of Dubai property transactions, including Form F and DLD transfer processes
  • Experience handling both cash and mortgage transactions
  • Comfortable coordinating with banks, brokers, trustees, and valuation firms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
