Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, exceptional client‑handling skills, and the ability to close deals independently while contributing to team growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a personal portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct market research and stay up‑to‑date with new launches, secondary inventory, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate guidance on property selection, pricing, procedures, and documentation
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and lead clients through the full transaction cycle
- Maintain CRM records, follow internal protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with the sales team, provide mentorship when needed, and contribute to a high‑performance culture
- Represent the company with professionalism and uphold our reputation in the market
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of real estate experience in the UAE (primary and secondary market)
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Strong understanding of RERA regulations, Form A/B/F procedures, and end‑to‑end transaction processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Valid UAE driving license
- RERA certification
