- Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and customer‑focused
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- English proficiency (other languages a plus)
- Strong knowledge of major developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.)
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Dubai for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling both ready and off‑plan properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, providing expert advice to clients, negotiating prices, and ensuring legal compliance through proper documentation. Exceptional customer service and strong client relationship management are key aspects of this role.
