• Represent some of Dubai’s most exclusive real estate developments
• Curate bespoke property experiences for high net worth individuals and global investors
• Build and nurture your own client base through authentic relationship building, not pushy sales
• Lead property viewings that feel more like private tours rather than open houses
• Negotiate with confidence, backed by data and deep market insights
• Stay ahead of trends, launches, and emerging neighborhoods, positioning yourself as a go to expert
• Collaborate with a team that values creativity, innovation, and ambition

• 1+ years in real estate or a proven track record in sales
• A polished, confident presence with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Deep knowledge or a strong curiosity to learn about Dubai’s real estate market
• Self-motivation with an entrepreneurial mindset as you treat this like your own business
• A valid UAE driving license is recommended
• Earn 55%–75% commission split on each deal
