Real Estate Broker - Dubai role at Elettromeccanica Cassarino

The Real Estate Broker will manage property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, providing expert advice to buyers, nurturing investor relationships, and representing the brokerage in a professional, client-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management- Manage inbound enquiries and generate new business through networking and referrals
- Qualify buyers and understand investment or lifestyle objectives
- Conduct property viewings and virtual tours
- Advise on off-plan and secondary market opportunities
- Present market insights, ROI projections, and area recommendations
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and partner agencies
- Stay informed on new launches, pricing trends, and payment plans
- Attend developer events, exhibitions, and property showcases
- Ensure full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
- Prepare and manage Form A, Form B, Form F, MOUs, and KYC documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system (Zoho or similar)
- Uphold premium service standards and professional conduct
- Support marketing and social media initiatives when required
- Act as a trusted advisor to UK and international clients
- 2–4 years’ experience in Dubai real estate
- Proven experience in off-plan and secondary sales
- RERA Certification
- Registered DLD Broker
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Own vehicle
- Strong understanding of Dubai property transactions
- Ability to generate deals independently
- Existing investor or client database
- Experience working with UK or international buyers
- Established developer relationships
- Zoho CRM experience
- Consultative, relationship-led sales approach
- Commission-only structure with competitive split

- Autonomy and flexibility for high-performing brokers
