About the job
We're looking for Real Estate Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of real estate properties.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis.
- Generate and follow up on leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Prepare and review real estate documents such as contracts, agreements, and leases.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the negotiation and closing process.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and real estate laws.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys.
- Maintain a strong database of prospects and follow up consistently.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate listing platforms (Bitrix, etc.).
