Eivan Properties is expanding our elite sales team in Dubai. We are seeking experienced, results-driven Real Estate Professionals who are passionate about closing high-value deals and excelling in one of the region’s most competitive luxury markets.

This is a position with strong growth potential for agents who consistently deliver results.

• Source and local and international clients based in Dubai
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and investors
• Provide expert guidance on Dubai’s real estate trends and opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate deal pipelines and client data in the CRM system

• Minimum 2+ years of proven real estate or high-value sales experience in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property trends, and client expectations
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and target-driven
• Fluent in English and/or Arabic (other languages are a plus)
• Valid RERA certification or in progress an asset
