  • Basic salary up to 4000 AED plus commission and bonus based on the experience

Requirements:

Client Representation:
Act as the primary point of contact for buyer, seller, investor & tenant, providing expert advice and guidance on property transactions, market conditions, and investment opportunities.

Property Listings:
Source, list, and market residential secondary properties only, Sale /Rent ensuring that each listing is accurately represented and professionally presented on property finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and private sites.

Sales and Negotiation:
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to final closing, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction as per RERA rules.

Market Research:
Stay informed about current market trends, DXB interact, Bank mortgage, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information.

Networking:
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyer, seller & investors, developers, and industry professionals to generate new business opportunities and expand your network.

Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing buyer & seller needs, responding promptly to inquiries, and be sure all the properties its updated up-to date with the price and viewing. resolving any issues that arise during the time of the deal. Responsible for Cold calling, Updating the data of buyer, seller and investors.

Administrative Duties:
Good knowledge on all necessary documentations, including contracts A, B, F & tenancy contracts, agreements, and property handover, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as per RERA.

Marketing:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers, seller, investors and tenants through various channels, including your own social media and traditional advertising.

Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with other company agents to achieve the targets and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai real estate market only, preferably with a knowledge in secondary market only with his own listing and inventory updated up to date. and ready for listing in our portals with the Ready form

A.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with Buyer, seller. investors

In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property values, Viewing and market trends, and RERA rules.
