• Off‑plan properties – main role.
• Actively source, list, and close property sales and rental deals in Dubai.
• Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, and tenants.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends and property values.
• Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.
• Negotiate offers and finalize deals ensuring compliance with RERA and company standards.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai (minimum 1 year experience preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license & car.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, communities, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional.
