Position:
Real Estate Broker (Full-Time | On-Site | Dubai)

We are expanding our dynamic sales team and are looking for driven, ambitious Real Estate Brokers to represent Shubh Aarambh’s growing portfolio of premium properties.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to grow in a structured environment with salary + attractive commissions
, full marketing support, and access to exclusive developer listings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes with integrity and professionalism.
  • Conduct property showings, handle client inquiries, and manage negotiations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, payment plans, and new project launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and close successful transactions.
  • Ensure all documentation and RERA compliance requirements are met.

Skills
  • Experience in real estate brokerage or property sales (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
  • Sound understanding of Dubai property laws and RERA guidelines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, or Russian are an asset).
  • RERA License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
