Responsibilities and Duties- Manage the Listings and sell residential or commercial real estate
- Support Agents to Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value in a particular area
- Educate & train your team on best real estate practices & procedures Verify and disclose property facts
- Seek Opportunities to Market Yourself & the Team as Community Experts
- Attend Team Meetings, Team Building & Industry Events, Career
- Previous experience in real estate or other related fields is a MUST
- Familiarity with real estate contracts
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
