Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai for a property consultant. The property consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties by providing expertise on property options, negotiating deals, and facilitating transactions. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying client needs, conducting briefings, and connecting with brokerage firms. Marketing available projects and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate transactions, property management, and understanding of the real estate market
- Strong Brokerage Network
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build long‑term client relationships
- Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of real property laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
