What You’ll Do:- Handle off-plan sales transactions
- Work with premium developer projects and exclusive listings
- Conduct viewings and negotiate with clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage high-net-worth clients and investors
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- UAE real estate experience (off-plan or luxury preferred)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a hunger for commissions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Convert qualified leads into high-value transactions
- Build long-term client relationships and referral networks
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
