, knows how to identify strong brokers
, and can separate top performers from average candidates.
- Source and attract experienced real estate professionals in Dubai
- Conduct first-stage interviews and professional screenings
- Evaluate candidates’ sales skills, market knowledge, and reliability
- Filter and shortlist high-quality profiles
- Prepare clear, structured evaluation reports for management
- Build and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline
- Proven recruitment experience in real estate
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and broker KPIs
- Fluent English is required, Arabic or Hindi will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and assessment skills
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai
- Performance-based bonuses upon meeting KPIs
- Clear growth path to HR Manager
