Role DescriptionF&C Properties LLC is seeking a Full‑Time HR Recruiter to join our on‑site team in Dubai. You will play a key role in driving our talent acquisition strategy by sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various real estate positions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Qualifications- 6 months–1 year experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage candidate pipelines and build strong relationships
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market
- Self‑driven, organized, and target‑oriented
- Multilingual candidates are an advantage
- Salary up to AED 10,000 +
