Field Researcher Pharmaceutical Market Research (Saudi Arabia / UAE GCC)

Location: UAE (must be based in UAE or Saudi Arabia)

Job Summary: Our client is looking for experienced Field Researchers to conduct real time, tech enabled insights for global pharmaceutical leaders. You'll leverage strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and GCC to execute in depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups, and fieldwork, delivering high quality data and insights.

• Conduct IDIs, focus groups, and KOL interviews with physicians, pharmacists, and decision makers.
• Plan and manage fieldwork logistics (scheduling, venue, incentives, travel if needed).
• Ensure data accuracy, transcribe, code, and flag insights with detailed notes.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and data privacy (NDA).
• Provide regular status updates and documentation to the insights team.
• Collaborate with the project manager to troubleshoot challenges on the ground.

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA/MSc a plus).
• 2-5+ years of pharmaceutical market research experience (field research, IDIs, focus groups).
• Proven network of HCP contacts in Saudi Arabia, UAE, GCC.
• Fluency in English (Arabic a strong plus).
• Proficiency with research tools (e.g., Teleperformance, Confirmit, Dovetail, or similar).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within GCC if required (visa supported).
• Comfortable using digital platforms for data capture (MS Teams, Zoom, Survey tools).
