The Strategic Research & Development Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing, leading, and executing innovation initiatives across artificial intelligence, legal technology, and policy‑driven solutions. The role focuses on converting research into scalable, practical, and commercially viable outcomes.

• Lead the R&D roadmap focusing on AI, legal technology, ESG, automation, and regulatory innovation.
• Develop proofs of concept (PoCs), MVPs, and internal prototypes.
• Research emerging trends in legal tech, Reg Tech, and AI‑driven services.
• Support integration of AI tools into legal and operational workflows.
• Ensure regulatory, ethical, and data governance compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare whitepapers, research reports, and strategic briefs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.

• Minimum 5+ years in R&D, innovation, ESG, or applied research roles.
• Experience in legal, consulting, or regulated environments preferred.
