Overview
We are seeking a motivated Commis Chef to support our kitchen operations. The candidate will assist senior chefs with food preparation, maintain hygiene, and learn professional cooking techniques.
Responsibilities- Assist with food preparation and mise en place.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Assist in storing food supplies properly.
- Learn cooking methods and support in plating.
- Follow instructions from Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
- Basic kitchen or culinary training preferred.
- Passion for cooking and learning new skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
