We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and support the creation of exceptional dining experiences in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

As a Chef de Partie, you will manage and organize mise en place for your section, consistently produce high‑quality food, and assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading the kitchen while following health and safety procedures. You will also support the Sous Chef in developing new menus and recipes.

The ideal candidate has 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role within an international luxury hotel, excellent communication skills, a team‑player attitude, and the confidence to handle diverse clientele.

• Manage and organize mise en place for your section, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef to develop fresh, innovative dishes.

• 1‑2 years of experience as Chef de Partie in an international luxury hospitality setting.
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or 2‑3 years’ experience at a Michelin‑starred or world‑winning fine dining restaurant.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, passion for cooking, and a health and safety certification.
