We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Steward with a keen eye for cleanliness, a great work ethic, and a passion for keeping things running smoothly.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen and food preparation areas
• Operating dishwashing machines and hand-washing equipment
• Ensuring all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking equipment is sanitised and ready to use
• Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep and waste disposal
• Keeping stock of cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages or maintenance needs
• Following hygiene, health, and safety guidelines to the highest standards

• A positive attitude and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
