Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing high‑quality dishes while maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and menu planning
  • Monitor stock levels and inform superiors about necessary replenishments
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP standards
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
  • Contribute creative ideas for new menu items and dish improvements
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
  • Assist in portion control and food cost management
Qualifications
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts
  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Basic Food Safety certification or HACCP experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle kitchen equipment and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
