Chef De Partie

Chef de Partie is responsible for daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet set standards, being proactive, creative and result driven.

• Prepare and properly garnish all food orders as received, following menu specifications and ensuring proper plate presentation.
• Organize the sequence of the breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Maintain the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation, staying updated with new products, recipes and techniques.
• Check refrigerators, clean them and set up work stations each day.
• Ensure all products are delivered on time and notify the supervisor of any shortages or quality issues.
• Follow proper safety, hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Maintain accurate records of preparation, baking or cooking, and presentation specifications of all dishes produced.
• Cooperate in creating buffet area decorations for the restaurant and meeting rooms.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
• Coordinate and participate with other sections on cleanliness, waste and cost control.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• 5–7 years of culinary experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a 5‑star international environment.
• High school diploma.
• Prior work experience in a similar position in a five-star hotel for at least 3 years.
