Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join the One&Only F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional service and ensure that restaurant operations run smoothly.

Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the same capacity in an upscale 5
* hotel/resort environment. He/she should have a strong exposure in handling busy restaurant operations and dealing with high profile and diverse clientele. Proven experience in modern Arabic cuisine. Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, who can lead, supervises, and motivates his/her staff in all aspects of service to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance with the standard operating procedures established.

Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic are required.
