Role Purpose

The Senior Hostess will play a key role in elevating the dine‑in experience across our restaurants. This role is designed to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave. The Senior Hostess will act as the primary touchpoint for guest engagement, service quality, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Engagement
  • Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and ensure they are promptly seated according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor, proactively engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Monitor table turnover and guest flow to support smooth operations during peak hours.
Service Coordination
  • Ensure servers take orders in a timely manner and follow proper service sequence.
  • Coordinate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure food is delivered promptly and accurately.
  • Identify any delays or service gaps and take immediate action to resolve them.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and guest satisfaction.
  • Escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary while maintaining ownership of the guest experience.
Operational Excellence
  • Conduct continuous walk‑throughs of the dining area to ensure all guests are attended to and no table is left waiting.
  • Ensure the FOH area is always clean, organized, and presentable, including entrance, waiting area, dining floor, and service stations.
  • Support the team in maintaining brand standards and service quality at all times.
Reporting & Feedback
  • Provide daily feedback to the Restaurant Manager/Area Manager on guest trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Share insights on guest preferences and service enhancements to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in guest relations ideally as a Hostess/FOH/Floor Supervisor at a 4/5 star hotel or restaurant.
  • Positive attitude, polished appearance, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
