- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe area
- Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and efficiency
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
