A leading international hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Sous Chef for their All Day Dining and Breakfast Operations. You will assist in managing the kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to brand standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie, preferably within luxury international brands.
A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is advantageous, along with a strong understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.
