The Junior Merchandiser supports the day-to-day execution of core merchandising tasks forboth retail and e-commerce channels. Working TYPO and Cotton On, thisrole focuses on allocation accuracy, system updates, and product readinesswithout involvement in buying. The individual will be developed into a TYPO merchandisingexpert
for brick-and-mortar retail
, ensuring stock flow and productavailability aligns with brand strategies and store capacities.

• Update pricing in Retail Pro
  ,ensuring all changes are correctly reflected at store level.
• Upload promotional setups in Retail Pro, followed by sanity checks to confirm accurate execution and store visibility.
• Generate allocation sub-files for each store, conduct thorough sanitychecks
  , and upload allocations into Sage
  .
• Generateinitial allocations for new launches through HEX and ensure upload intosage.
• Generate Interbranch transfers for lines not available in warehouse and ensure compliance of them being completed.
• Trackall incoming shipments and GRNS as warehouse and ensure AI is as perlaunch plan.
• Liaise with stores to address queries related to system or data discrepancies,
  stock availability
  , price changes
  , and promotions
  .
• Anyother ad-hoc requirements.

• Assist with tagging, pricing uploads, and product uploads for own e-commerce platform and 3rd party websites such as Namshi, Noon, and Amazon
  .
• Createproduct masters along with imagery in the required formats for the 3 rd party websites.
• Ensure product listings go live as per the launch calendar. Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across platforms.
• Coordinate with platform teams to ensure timely and accurate listing of products and promotional offers.

• Familiarity with Retail Pro and Sage systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
• Abilityto work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy across store-level tasks.
• Effective communication and coordination skills across internal teams.
• Eagerto grow within a core merchandising function under a push modelbrand framework.
