We are looking for an energetic, results‑oriented individual to join our team as a Promoter in our Cosmetics Division. As a key ambassador of our cosmetic brands, you will drive product awareness, conduct product demonstrations, and achieve sales targets across various retail locations. • Promote a range of cosmetic products to customers in retail settings, actively demonstrating key features and benefits to drive interest and conversion.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by adopting consultative selling techniques and identifying customer needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service by providing knowledgeable advice, answering product‑related queries, and ensuring all customers leave satisfied with their experience.
• Maintain and merchandise displays in accordance with company guidelines for maximum visual appeal and stock availability.
• Proactively engage with customers to build brand loyalty and communicate ongoing promotions, events, or new product launches.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to line managers, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and product innovation.
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety, data protection, and brand guidelines at all times.

• Previous experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or a promotional environment is preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to conduct live product demonstrations and explain features in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and navigate a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Self‑motivated with the capability to work independently and as part of a team towards shared goals.
