IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations within our business supplies and equipment retail division in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising retail staff, driving sales performance, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service standards
.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong retail supervision, team leadership, and operational management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage day-to-day retail store operations
- Lead, train, and motivate sales associates and retail staff
- Monitor sales performance and achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Handle customer issues, escalations, and complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and retail procedures
- Prepare sales reports and support store management initiatives
- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or Retail Team Leader
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Experience in sales operations, inventory management, and merchandising
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a retail environment
- Experience in business supplies, office equipment, or B2B retail
- Knowledge of retail KPIs, sales forecasting, and stock control
- Multilingual communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus)
- Experience working in Dubai or UAE retail markets
