Role Purpose

Build a fulfilling career as a Store Supervisor, taking charge of day‑to‑day store operations, driving sales, and inspiring team performance—while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers and a positive, engaging workplace for employees.

• Spearhead sales and customer service initiatives, cultivating key customer relationships, and implementing business development plans.
• Achieve outstanding service scores by deeply understanding customer needs and leading a customer‑focused team.
• Motivate and support team members, managing staff rota and recruitment effectively, fostering a productive shop environment.
• Facilitate team career growth through effective delegation, training, and performance appraisals.
• Manage stock and cash control adhering to company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by driving performance, monitoring KPIs, and implementing effective sales strategies.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a retail store with a focus on customer service.
• Proven track record of community or social group networking and strong leadership skills.
• Experience in achieving gross profit targets with an emphasis on margin control and cost management.
• Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of the product range.

• Previous experience working with alcohol products is preferred.
• WSET Level 2 qualification in Wine & Spirits is desirable.
• Work experience within the country
