Showroom Salesman - Car Care & Accessories

This role is more like an assistant to the European Parts Salesman. Responsible for assisting customers in the showroom with automotive spare parts, car accessories, and car care products, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Greet customers and understand their requirements for car accessories, spare parts, and car care products.
- Provide product information, features, pricing, and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits where applicable.
- Manage product display, maintain showroom cleanliness, and ensure items are properly stocked and labeled.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with the fitting team for product installation requests.
- Track inventory levels and report low-stock items.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally.
Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in showroom sales (preferably automotive spare parts, accessories, or retail).
- Good knowledge of car accessories, spare parts, and car care products.as well as EPC
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills (POS, billing, and inventory systems).
- Sales-driven, presentable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
