Associate - Supply Planning; Faces

Overview

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retail leader, is seeking a Supply Planner for the KSA market. The role focuses on end-to-end supply planning and inventory operations for assigned brands, driving accuracy, availability, and cost efficiency.

• Manage end-to-end supply planning and inventory operations for assigned brands within the KSA market.
• Process, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders, including shortages, backorders, and deliveries.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely supply and issue resolution.
• Perform store stock checks, stock analysis, and inventory reconciliations across stores and warehouses.
• Execute and track inter-store and inter-country transfers, returns to vendors (RTV), and stock liquidation activities.
• Support and present supply planning and S&OP inputs.
• Calculate, track, and analyze KPIs to support decision-making.
• Maintain item creation, pricing updates, and landed cost calculations in the system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, invoices, and negative stock.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, logistics, finance, and stock control teams.
• Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, processes, and system accuracy.

• 3 years of experience in retail or pharmaceutical industries.
• Advanced Excel – must.
• SAP – nice to have.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with the ability to influence and challenge.
• Confident, adaptable, and diplomatic.
