Sales Executive - BeFit (Fitness Equipment)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive - BeFit Retail to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services to meet customer needs. • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs in order to exceed customer’s expectations.
• Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales/monetary transactions, opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain positive customer and employee relations; handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, in case complaint not sorted, report it immediately to line manager.
• Assist with inventory, display, merchandising and placement of stock on sales floor, stock rotation and markdowns to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean and safe working environment.
• Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of merchandise.
• Manage to create quotation based on price list provided by HO, follow up with customer, record details of inquiries, comments.
• Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.
• Be aware of possible damage, theft or potential safety hazards, reporting observations immediately to line manager.

• Minimum Qualification:
  
  High School or Equivalent Experience.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  Prior retail experience preferably in Fitness Industry.
