- To welcome clients warmly with a smile, making eye contact, and acknowledging them as soon as they enter the store.
- To engage with clients sincerely and make them feel comfortable by creating a bond through conversation.
- To present relevant product features and benefits based on the client’s needs identified during the conversation, always sharing the stories behind each product.
- To call on current and potential clients to establish and maintain relationships and inform them about new products and services.
- To invite customers to share their details to continue building relationships and inform them about new products and services.
- To oversee, under the Store Manager/Floor Manager’s supervision, that the store is merchandised correctly, product displays are properly maintained, and departments remain well stocked.
- To adhere to administrative procedures concerning exchanges, returns, and repairs, and to be accountable for ad‑hoc missions entrusted by store management.
- To share client feedback on products and propose ideas for improving daily store operations and service delivery.
- Proven track record in a sales position in luxury retail.
- Empathy and sincerity when serving customers.
- Professionalism in services provided to the customer.
- Individual contribution to the sector’s turnover.
- Positive attitude within the sales team.
- Familiarity with the products.
