We are looking for an organized and reliable Store Keeper to manage inventory, supplies, and stock control. The role involves receiving, storing, and issuing goods efficiently while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with hotel/company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and store goods in accordance with quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Issue items to departments based on requisitions
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in annual stock audits
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all items (perishable/non‑perishable)
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and follow up on orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area
- Handle documentation for goods received, issued, and returned
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor
- Follow safety, hygiene, and security procedures
