We are looking for a commercially sharp Key Account Sales Manager to grow our retail presence by selling our product range into major retail chains and independent stores across the GCC.

We are one of UAE's leading gifting consumer brands with our own range of products in more than 300 retail stores across the GCC.

This role is about winning listings, expanding shelf space, and driving consistent re-orders across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retail Account Growth
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of our existing key retail accounts (chains, supermarkets, gift stores, department stores)
    • Open new retail accounts across assigned territories
    • Drive range expansion, additional SKUs, and improved shelf positioning
    • Secure seasonal, promotional, and exclusive listings
  • Sales Execution
    • Pitch products confidently to buyers, category managers, and store owners
    • Negotiate pricing, margins, MOQ, promotions, and payment terms
    • Forecast sales and manage pipeline accurately
    • Ensure consistent re-orders and stock continuity
  • In-Store Performance
    • Monitor sell‑through and identify slow‑moving SKUs
    • Work with retailers on promotions, displays, and activations
    • Ensure products are correctly merchandised and visible
  • Internal Coordination
    • Work closely with operations, production, and logistics to ensure on‑time deliveries, correct SKUs and pricing, smooth onboarding of new accounts, and provide feedback to product and design teams based on buyer and consumer insights
  • Reporting
    • Track sales performance vs targets
    • Maintain CRM records of accounts, meetings, and opportunities
    • Report on competitor activity and market trends
  • Key Targets & KPIs
    • New retail accounts opened
    • Monthly and quarterly revenue targets
    • SKU count per account
    • Re‑order frequency
    • Distribution footprint (number of stores)
    • Promotional placements secured
Requirements
  • 3–7 years experience in B2B retail sales (FMCG, gifting, lifestyle, consumer products preferred)
  • Proven experience selling into retail stores or chains
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Comfortable dealing with buyers and decision‑makers
  • Highly organised with strong follow‑up discipline
  • Valid driving licence (field visits essential)
