The Business Solutions Partner – Retail plays a critical role in enhancing the retail experience by bridging field operations with smart technology and clean processes. By spending meaningful time in showrooms and working closely with retail teams, this role ensures our systems, tools, and workflows truly support how business happens on the ground. You’ll drive improvements across POS, ERP touchpoints, stock movement, retail devices, and emerging technologies — while leading the way in our upcoming ERP modernization journey.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build strong partnerships with CPG Sales, Store Managers, Retail Operations, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Spend time in showrooms to observe workflows, map processes, identify pain points, and translate them into system or process improvements.
- Provide hands‑on support to retail teams to help them fully leverage existing tools and adopt new enhancements.
- Act as the functional partner for retail‑facing systems including POS, in‑store devices, CCTV & video analytics, stock movement tools, and customer experience technologies.
- Ensure seamless flows between POS, ERP, pricing, promotions, inventory, and e‑commerce, with a focus on data quality and reconciliation.
- Contribute to ERP modernization by documenting current‑state issues, defining future‑state processes, and preparing retail teams for change.
- Deliver practical training and coaching for new joiners and existing teams, supported by simple job aids and quick‑reference guides.
- Promote consistent, accurate system usage and reinforce standard retail processes.
- Lead and support retail‑focused initiatives, ensuring clear requirements, testing cycles, timelines, and clean rollouts.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure new processes and tools land smoothly across the business.
- Stay updated on new SaaS releases, industry trends, and emerging retail technologies; bring forward business‑friendly recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Applications Team, vendors, integrators, and IT Support Analysts to maintain stable and reliable store operations.
- Provide field insights to technical teams to ensure issues are understood and resolved quickly.
- Support store audits, operational reviews, and continuous improvement discussions with insights grounded in real retail behaviors.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Retail Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years in a systems and process‑oriented role linked to retail technology (Retail Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst – Retail, POS/ERP Analyst, Retail Transformation, or vendor implementation roles).
- Hands‑on experience with POS, ERP retail modules, inventory, replenishment, pricing and promotions, retail analytics, and device management.
- Strong ability to map processes, define requirements, support UAT, and deliver training to non‑technical users.
- Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and coaching skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and comfort working both in‑store and in cross‑functional forums.
- Willingness to travel regularly across UAE and KSA.
- Learning, Development & Performance Excellence – access to eLearning, educational programs, and personalized development plans designed to fuel career growth. Our structured journeys are supported by an AI‑driven talent management system that connects performance and potential directly to rewards.
- Wellbeing & Coaching – on‑demand mental health coaching and perks that support balance and resilience.
- SARA Cares – initiatives that extend to education and other human‑centered benefits beyond work.
All benefits and programs are subject to company policy and eligibility criteria.
