Position Overview The Store Manager role is responsible for leading store performance in Dubai, UAE by driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities Communicate store sales targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve financial objectives.
Ensure strict compliance with loss prevention, cash handling, fraud prevention, and theft control procedures.
Oversee all point-of-sale activities including sales transactions, customer orders, payments, returns, refunds, and inventory updates.
Manage cash operations including petty cash, POS cash handling, and change floats.
Conduct regular store administration audits and resolve issues efficiently.
Support annual stock counts and conduct periodic spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
Handle customer complaints professionally, taking corrective action in line with company policy.
Track and evaluate brand sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and analyze sales reports to maximize stock potential and evaluate performance of new and core collections.
Maintain window and in-store visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Oversee inventory management including stock availability, back-store organization, order management, and internal stock movement.
Ensure accurate stock control including stock ageing, loss prevention, and space management.
Coordinate with facilities teams on repairs, maintenance, and equipment replacement to support store standards.
Plan staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage, taking seasonal peaks and promotional events into account.
Ensure team members are properly trained in inventory management processes including receiving, stocking, transfers, and discrepancy handling.
People Management Lead, coach, and develop store team members to achieve individual and store KPIs.
Maintain staffing levels aligned with operational needs and customer service standards.
Foster a positive, performance-driven, and customer-focused store culture.
Ideal Profile Fluency in written and spoken English.
Proven retail management experience within the GCC market.
Strong industry expertise with solid product and category knowledge.
Experience managing store operations, sales performance, and team leadership.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive commercial decisions.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
