We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to act as both Programme Manager and Product Owner for the delivery of a new retail super‑app. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end retail lifecycle, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective product and programme outcomes.
Location & Working ModelDubai‑based preferred, or willing and able to be in Dubai 2–3 days per week. Close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders is required.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the end‑to‑end programme delivery of a new retail super‑app
- Act as Product Owner
, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities - Partner with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment across scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Translate complex retail business processes into clear product and system requirements
- Drive governance, risk management, and dependency management across the programme
- Ensure solutions support the full retail lifecycle from pre‑season planning through in‑season execution
- Lead stakeholder engagement across merchandising, planning, supply chain, and operations teams
- Monitor programme performance and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and milestones
- Strong experience operating across the entire retail lifecycle, including:
- Pre‑Season:
Demand Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Design, Assortment Planning, Initial Allocation - In‑Season:
Reordering, Inter‑store Transfers, Mark‑downs, Mark‑ups
- Pre‑Season:
- Demonstrated experience as a Programme Manager and/or Product Owner within complex retail or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of retail systems, data flows, and operational dependencies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
- Experience working with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams
